Because we are constantly asked how this sumXy came to be, we decided it was about time we answered...

SumXy started in 2006 when Adam, age 15, a drummer since the age of six, put out an ad on Myspace Music. Gio age 17, a shredding guitarist for over six years, answered the ad and they instantly realized they had a music connection. 

They now needed a voice to add to their incredible melodies, again they put an add on Myspace Music. which lead them to George, age 18, a singer in a local high school choir.  His talent for lyrics, voice and stage presence were outstanding, they knew they struck gold. 

The guys quickly became best friends, spending all free time together, making music and just hanging out.  

A year and half later and these guys have created art.  

An equal contribution to each and every song, give them acoustic guitars or electric and an audience and they'll amaze the most hardened critics, forced to shake their heads and say, damn their so young and they play like seasoned pros...  fact is, they are..
